Privacy Policy

Social Post Extreme ("we", "us", "our") is a social media posting and scheduling platform built by FPR Network, based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you use Social Post Extreme, why, and what choices you have — including specific detail on how we handle data we receive through Google APIs, since publishing to Google Business Profile is central to what this product does.
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers your use of the Social Post Extreme website and application at social-post-extreme.fprnetworks.com, and any data you provide or that we collect when you connect a social network account — including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, Mastodon, Telegram and Tumblr. By using Social Post Extreme you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.
2. Information we collect
Account information. Name, email address, phone number, business name and business type, and a securely hashed password (we never store or can see your actual password).
Content you create. Post text, scheduled dates, images you upload, and any brand voice or preferences you set for the AI writing assistant.
Connected account data. When you connect a social network, we store the tokens needed to publish on your behalf, and — for the networks you connect — the information needed to show you your own listings, pages, posts, reviews and performance metrics inside the app. We never see or store your social network passwords; connections are made through each network's own official sign-in (OAuth), not through us.
Usage data. IP address, browser type, pages visited, and login timestamps, mainly for security (detecting abuse, enforcing login-attempt limits) and troubleshooting.
AI assistant data. If you use the writing assistant, the text you're working on is sent to the AI provider (Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible service) configured for your account — either your own API key or ours — solely to generate the requested rewrite, suggestion or image. That text is not used by us to train any model.
3. How we use your Google data specifically
Limited Use disclosure. Social Post Extreme's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In short: data we receive from your Google account through the Business Profile connection is used only to show you your own locations, publish the posts and review replies you create, and display the performance figures Google provides for those locations. It is never used for advertising or ad targeting, never sold, never shared with any other Social Post Extreme customer, and never used to train AI models. You can revoke our access at any time — from Accounts inside Social Post Extreme, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With the service providers that run the platform — our hosting provider (IONOS), and, only when you use the writing assistant, the AI provider (Anthropic or an OpenAI-compatible service) processing the text you submit.
- With the social networks you choose to connect — publishing a post necessarily sends its content to that network, governed by that network's own terms and privacy policy.
- If required by law, or to protect the security of the platform or our users.
5. How we protect your data
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Connected-account credentials (including Google OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest. All traffic is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Every form is protected against CSRF, every database query uses prepared statements, and repeated failed logins are locked out automatically. Sessions are HttpOnly, SameSite and Secure.
6. Data retention and your choices
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can disconnect any social account at any time from the Accounts page, which stops us from accessing that network's data going forward. To close your account entirely or request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us using the details below — we will act on that request within a reasonable time.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children's privacy
Social Post Extreme is a business tool intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let account owners know.
