Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Social Post Extreme, a social media posting and scheduling platform operated by FPR Network ("we", "us"), based in Houston, Texas. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What the service is

Social Post Extreme lets you connect social network accounts — including Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Reddit, Mastodon, Telegram and Tumblr — and schedule, write and publish posts to them from one calendar. It relies on each network's own official API. We don't control those networks and can't guarantee a given feature keeps working if a network changes its API or its policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for a business you own or are authorized to represent. By creating an account you confirm both of those things.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised. Give us accurate information when you sign up — the business name and details you provide are what appear on the posts we publish for you.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to start a trial, and you can cancel at any time during it at no cost. Current plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we'll give notice of a price change before it applies to your account. Once paid billing is enabled for your account, fees are billed in advance for the period you've selected and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.

5. Connected third-party platforms

When you connect a social network account, you're also agreeing to that network's own terms of service and privacy policy — we're not a party to that agreement and aren't responsible for how the network handles your data once you've authorized us to interact with it on your behalf. Publishing features (particularly for Google Business Profile) may depend on approvals those networks grant to us; we work to keep this current but can't guarantee timing or outcome of a third party's review process.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Social Post Extreme to:

• Post content that's illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• Violate the terms of any social network you connect through us;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account or to probe the security of the platform;
• Send spam, or use the service to run bulk unsolicited outreach unrelated to your own business's social presence.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms.

7. Your content

You own the content you create and post through Social Post Extreme. You grant us the license we need to store it, display it back to you, and transmit it to the networks you've connected, for the purpose of providing the service — nothing more.

8. The AI writing assistant

The AI assistant is a drafting aid. It can make mistakes, and you're responsible for reviewing anything it produces before you publish it — we don't warrant the accuracy of AI-generated text or images.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We're not liable for outages, delays, or data loss caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including outages of the third-party networks and APIs we depend on.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPR Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, with notice where practical. On termination, your right to access the service ends; we handle any remaining data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and take reasonable steps to let account owners know.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
